Chinese Buffett and Goodwill

Chinese Buffet

We are starting on a small road trip to go to the Chinese Buffett in Denton, Texas, USA. We are foodies all around and love to eat. The Buffett in Denton is our favorite. We have a favorite waitress and her name is Anna. She remembers what we like to drink and how much sweetener that Papi likes in his tea. We have even exchanged gifts. I gave her some coffees and she gave me some Chinese tea.

We eat so many good things. Papi likes his Egg Drop Soup and I prefer the Hot and sour with the tofu. So good. We will eat until we are stuffed. I love the ran-goons and egg rolls and Papi loves anything with shrimp. They have Sushi and Mongolian BBQ. There is also a chocolate fountain that the children can dip marshmallows in. I top off my meal with an almond cookie and a cup of ice cream.

It turns out that Anna told us that our Buffett will be closing for renovations within a month and will be closed for about 4 months. She took our number to text us when they will be opening again. Sweet.

Next we went to the Goodwill for a look around for treasures. I got about 4 dresses that were half price and Papi got some work pants.

The Goodwill store is right next to the Buffett restaurant. We like to go over to the store and walk off all of our lunch. We search for interesting artwork and vintage T-shirts and what ever else we see.

Mexican Meat Market

We picked up our dinner at the Mexican Meat market. We bought barbacoa , avacado, tortillas, and sweet bread.

It is very good for a quick Sunday night dinner.

Then we stopped at another Goodwill store. I got some hand soap and a needlework project. I seem to collect textile projects. Maybe I should get some of them worked up.

Now we are headed home.

Peace out and Jesus Loves You.
